Tasks

Tasks allow you to plan certain events, activities, etc. All tasks are stored in the section of Alive Organizer with the corresponding name. You can move any task to another folder and later find it there.
Each task is scheduled for a specific date, however you do not have to specify the starting and ending dates for a task in Alive Organizer. For example, you can specify only the starting date (in this case the task will be considered a task for the day). Or you may specify no dates at all (in this case, the task will be constantly visible in the "Today" and "Calendar" sections). It can be quite useful, especially for important tasks for which it is difficult to define exact terms.

Such sections in Alive Organizer as "Today" and "Calendar" allow you to view your plans and schedule in a comfortable form for a specific date, week or month. All tasks existing for the date you need will be displayed in these sections.

Each task in Alive Organizer has a large number of parameters that can be specified the way you like it. For example, you can specify priority for a task (1), status (2), necessary restrictions, etc.
You can also specify contacts connected with the task (using the list of contacts in Alive Organizer or any name). You can specify the person responsible for it and the list of doers.

The effective tool when you work with tasks is the possibility to set a reminder (3) for a certain time, as well as to make tasks recurrent and specify when should be done if the time for tasks expires (3). It is really very useful. Suppose you need to analyze some activities each week. In this case, it is enough to create a recurrent task only once (and make it repeat, for example, weekly).

It is very easy to create a new task in Alive Organizer. There are several ways to do it: using the main menu of the program or the "Today", "Calendar" sections, etc.
